The Ap Thomas Cyf has experience of most architectural services agreements to meet the needs of its clients.

For the smaller projects the practice can offer partial services (e.g. to obtain planning and/or building regulations approvals only) or full services which include the range of work stages from preparation of sketch proposals and budget costs right through to the preparation of tender documents and the administration of the building contract.

The practice can provide specific services to suit a client’s needs, such as applying for outline planning approval, carrying out inspections of buildings and reporting on works in progress. It can also prepare feasibility reports with concept sketches and budget costs for specific projects.

For larger contracts the Partnership can lead multi-professional design teams and arrange the employment of other specialist consultants for specific projects. It also has the experience of working within design teams set up by others on a variety of significant projects for major contractors and developers.

Each development has its unique requirements and the Partnership can provide guidance on the selection of appropriate experienced contractors suitable for inclusion in the tender list for most projects.
